Teen Lineman Training prepares 8th through 12th grade athletes to compete and win in the trenches at the high school level and beyond. At STEP Academy, teen linemen develop the stance, footwork, hand technique, and leverage mechanics that coaches want to see. The program also covers film awareness and positional IQ so athletes understand not just how to execute, but when and why. Whether you are looking to start on your high school team or earn a scholarship look, this program builds the foundation for it.
